Return and Exchange Policy
Royal Door and Trim Supplies is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange as long as the product meets eligibility for return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Free from Damage: The item must be in its original condition and free from any damage.
- Original Lengths: Trim must be in its original lengths that were on the invoice, cut lengths will not be eligible.
- Original Sizes & Non-drilled: Stock doors that have been drilled for hardware or hinges, or that have been cut down from their original size, cannot be returned.
- Trim Untouched: Trim must be unprimed, uncut, and free of fastening nails.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or special orders are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Made to Order Doors
- Custom Trim
- Special Order Plywood or Sheet Goods
- All Special Items, Including Hardware
- These items are all final sale.
Return Process
1. Contact Us: Contact our customer service department within 30 days of purchase to
initiate a return and to schedule a pickup or a drop off.

2. Obtain Authorization: Once the items have been returned to us, you will be provided
with a return authorization number (RMA).
3. Inspection: Our staff will review the items dropped off to ensure that the correct material
and quantity has arrived. An inspection of the materials will be conducted to ensure that
they meet the above criteria. Royal Door & Trim Supplies has the right to refuse any
item(s) for refund or exchange at their sole discretion.
4. Refund Issued: If the items have been approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to
10 business day from receiving the material. A receipt slip will be emailed to you.
5. Ineligible items: If an item is not eligible for a refund or return, you will be contacted
within 3 business days to pick up the item within 10 business days or else it becomes
property of Royal Door & Trim Supplies. Either way no refund will be issued.
Payments
- Refunds and exchanges will be issued to the original method of payment.
Pick Up Fee and Restocking Costs
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.
- There will be restocking fees for all items being returned.
- Items for return to be kept separate from other materials, photo of materials to be returned must be sent to sales representative before pick up. Items to be on main floor or garage, following our delivery policy for a safe pick up.
Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged item, please notify our customer service department within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. Anything longer than this time is subjected to damage on site and it will no be clear if the product was damaged by the hands of Royal Door & Trim Supplies.
Additional Notes
- This return policy is subject to change without notice.
- Royal Door and Trim Supplies reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
